Survey Results From the Process Excellence Network
Read a great report over the last few days produced by PEX, Shift Business Excellence Into High Gear. There were some interesting results in their survey, which they have conducted over the last few years. The survey was conducted with over 400 processes excellence professionals, across many different industries and countries.
According to the report, the top 3 drivers for process excellence are:
- Improved Efficiency
- Cost Reduction
- Improved Customer Satisfaction
These were the top 3 responses, and far outnumbered the additional drivers on the list: increased agility, increased revenue, decrease defects, etc.
